COVA completed full documentation for a new three-site, off-grid eco-tourism development in the Northern Territory, in collaboration with the Australian Walking Company.
On sacred land, the project demanded a sensitive approach. COVA's zero-trenching infrastructure methodology eliminated ground disturbance while ensuring reliable services across all three remote eco-lodges.
Each site is almost fully electrified, powered by standalone solar with only cooking equipment on gas: a self-sufficient, low-impact development that respects cultural heritage and supports long-term sustainability goals.
