COVA were engaged by Hindmarsh to support their D&C Delivery of Macquarie University's Integrated Medical Research Hub, a major refurbishment of 2 Innovation Road for the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, a renowned medical research organisation specialising in respiratory and sleep health.
The project consisted of a comprehensive refurbishment including complete Façade Replacements, new Mechanical System, Medical Gas Systems, specialty fitout of sleep labs, PC2/BC2 Labs, and associated workplaces, and achieved 5-star Greenstar.
