Project scope
COVA delivered all building services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire) for the greenfield large format retail development of almost 14,000 square metres GFA: Coles as anchor tenant, TK Maxx, Chemist Warehouse, The Reject Shop, Guardian Childcare and an 800-square-metre medical and dental centre, plus Guzman y Gomez and El Jannah pad sites. H.Troon completed construction in 2018 for $11m AUD, with the medical and food and beverage sites added in 2023.
