Engaged by Mainbrace Constructions, COVA provided all building engineering services for the major 2018 refurbishment of the IKEA Victoria Gardens, Richmond store. The refurbishment included showroom extension, store entry and lift areas and a completely overhauled kitchen. The project was awarded Sustainability Victoria's "Premier's Sustainability Awards - Large Business Category" by demonstrating recycling 85 per cent of construction materials and installing solar-powered charging stations for electronics.AT A GLANCE
