The Phnom Penh Cambodia Temple is complete and will be dedicated on Sunday 30 August 2026 — the first temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cambodia. COVA Cambodia provided construction management and commercial management for the Church across the project.
Announced on 7 October 2018, the temple broke ground on 18 September 2021. The completed building stands at 929 square metres on a 1.3-hectare site on Russian Confederation Boulevard, near the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
The project was delivered by COVA’s Phnom Penh team, whose quantity surveying practice is regulated by RICS. For a building of this significance to its community, the brief demanded exacting quality and a carefully managed programme — the disciplines our Cambodia practice has built its reputation on.
A public open house runs from 15 to 22 August 2026 (excluding Sunday 16 August), ahead of the dedication by Elder Patrick Kearon of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles on 30 August at 10am.
