White Hart Dr, Rouse Hill NSW 2155

COVA (as previously SEMF) were engaged for the Hydraulic and Fire Services design for the $450M Rouse Hill Town Centre, located on the northwest growth corridor of Rouse Hill, Sydney. The Town Centre site is an innovative mixed-use development that includes a mix of commercial , food, entertainment, Woolworths, Coles, Target, Big W, Cinemas, Transport Interchange, over 100 Apartments, Library/Community Building and over 200 specialty retail outlet shops. The Town Centre was built around best practice sustainability (for the time) and included initiatives such as rainwater harvesting and cooling tower bleed water recycling/reuse.
