AEON once again partnered with COVA to develop the second AEON mall with the grand opening held in 2017. Containing over 270 retail tenants, the mall contains cinemas, ice skating facilities and a Ferris wheel. COVA were enlisted to manage retail fit-outs including post-opening support for all tenants. With COVA on board, 95% of retail tenants achieved complete fit-out and were ready for trade on the mall’s opening day.AT A GLANCE
