COVA’s Client Relations Executive, Nikita Kersten enjoyed hosting a table of exceptional female leaders this morning at the Women in Design and Construction International Women’s Day breakfast, held at the Ivy Ballroom.
With 300+ industry peers filling the room, you could feel the anticipation build as the debaters discussed whether gender quotas help or hinder & what initiatives each firm is doing to #embracequity.
Thank you to Gemma Bainbrigge, Olga Antonova, Melanie Kurzydlo, Fleur Bogue, Greta San Miguel MRICS, Linda Lisica, Connie F., Annika Frawley & Karen Chan for your ongoing support & joining the COVA table this morning.
