COVA had the priviledge of participating in the launch of Cambodia’s first Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Corporate Action Lab in Phnom Penh last week.
This initiative brings together leading organisations to co-create and pilot practical solutions that foster inclusive leadership and advance gender equality in business. Over the next six to nine months, cohort companies will work together to design, test and refine inclusive leadership practices that can be scaled across their organisations. It’s inspiring to see such commitment to systemic change.
Excited to see COVA join the inaugural group of WEPs Changemakers alongside such a strong line-up of local and international partners.
