Project scope

Street 294, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

In 1992 The Anglican Church was allowed by agreement of the government to re-establish in the Kingdom. This was after decades of conflict during which religious organizations had limited freedoms in Cambodia. Initially the main Anglican Church in Phnom was a pre-1975, 2-storey colonial villa. This structure was eventually demolished and then redeveloped into an 8-storey building with 300-seat Sanctuary, a Multi-purpose Hall, an Administrative Centre for the Anglican Church of Cambodia, an Education Centre and a Guest House.
