Our team managed the full refurbishment of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, located on the banks of Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River. In order to maintain hotel operation throughout the upgrades the team conducted works on four floors at a time, using the top and bottom of these floors as a noise buffer to manage guest experience as we worked through all levels of the building. Works also included repainting of the building facade and heavy remedial works to the underside of the riverside deck which had borne years of pressure from the Chao. Praya river.
