The project was to transform an existing 27 hole golf course into a sporting and lifestyle destination which included the construction of 5 new food and beverage outlets, new sporting facilities and enhancements to the existing buildings. The COVA team worked closely with the client, initially undertaking a feasibility study, and presenting the findings to the family board. This role expanded into providing quantity surveying, design management and project management of the first phase of the masterplan development requiring an integrated approach working with the client, consultants and contractors to ensure the project vision could be achieved.
