Originally engaged by developer Fragrance Group, under Xsquared Architects, and lated novated to Hutchinson Builders, COVA delivered all building services for the new 296 room hotel including basement carparking, Ground Floor Restuarant and Retail, and Function Centre and pool to Level 3. The hotel was the first 5-star Greenstar hotel rated in Australia * and the pool includes an innovative HVAC mechanism integrated with the pool drainage, to maintaining a clear view out over the city at all times of day. * The Ibis Styles is not a 5-star hotel , it was the first hotel to achieve 5-star Greenstar rating.
