The revitalised venue blends heritage charm with modern hospitality, featuring Australia’s first Carlton Draught bar, multiple levels of dynamic bar and dining spaces, and a stunning rooftop offering city views.
Working alongside Australian Venue Co., Red Design Group, COVA supported the delivery of this landmark hospitality project with tailored building services solutions that meet both the operational needs and unique design ambitions of the venue.
