Liuzzi Group are seeking to develop a new two-storey childcare centre located in Deanside, VIC. Concept design has been prepared by The Ellis Group Architects with children spaces of 460 m2 across 2 floors & will provide child care for 132 children and have a staff of up to 28 people.
This project is but 1 of 2 that Liuzzi Property have entrusted COVA to deliver their full suite of services (MEFH) from pre-DA through to completion. In addition, COVA will undertake a Sustainability Management Plan, DtS Glazing & Façade assessment and JV3 report.
Regarding project timing, the intention is to lodge the DA this month, with the Child Care centre due for completion in 2024.
COVA has a long-standing history of successful Education projects nationally extending from early childhood through to Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary, and we are currently delivering over $50M of Education-related capital works across Australia. We are also currently engaged for similar facilities in Queanbeyan (NSW) and Hobart (TAS) and have recently completed Early Learning Centres in Victoria at Hogans Road (Tarneit), Victoria Parade (Narre Warren) and Oxanda.
