COVA provides building services engineering, project and construction management, and commercial management (quantity surveying) services to asset owners and developers in Vietnam from its Ho Chi Minh City office, opened in 2025.

The team, the newest addition to the group's Southeast Asian practice, is led by Caleb Cooper, Country Leader for Vietnam, and backed by COVA's delivery teams across the region.

What we do in Vietnam

Four service lines, one appointed team

  • Commercial Management - RICS-regulated cost and commercial management (quantity surveying): cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final account.
  • Project & Construction Management - single-point management of scope, programme, cost and quality, from front-end planning through construction to handover.
  • Project Advisory - feasibility, and technical and financial due diligence before capital is committed.
  • Engineering - mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design support.
