COVA's work in Uganda includes real estate due diligence for the Kampala Temple, with project management and commercial management support from the group's international teams.

What we do in Uganda

Four service lines, one appointed team

  • Commercial Management - RICS-regulated cost and commercial management (quantity surveying): cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final account.
  • Project & Construction Management - single-point management of scope, programme, cost and quality, from front-end planning through construction to handover.
  • Project Advisory - feasibility, and technical and financial due diligence before capital is committed.
  • Engineering - mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design support.
