Originally designed by Studio Ilk and JMG, COVA together with Overeem and Homesmarts delivered mechanical, electrical and home automation / audio visual services in a Design & Construct capacity for the incredible 1,800m2 single dwelling perched atop the Tinderbox cliffs. The development includes an indoor-outdoor infinity edge pool, guest wing, gym, billiards room, cinema, main and butlers kitchen, hydronic floor heating and air-conditioning throughout powered by a geothermal ground-coupled heating system, a large solar PV system as well as a comprehensive Crestron home automation system and speakers concealed within the plaster ceilings.
