COVA delivered all Building Services for both the Stage 1 and 2 redevelopment of the existing hospital. Stage 1 10 x single bed + x 3 double bed patient rooms, reception and administration, pathology suite, consultancy suite (base build). Stage 2 Refurbishment of an existing part of the hospital to construct a new rehabilitation area including a hydrotherapy pool, gymnasium and changing rooms. A 3rd stage extension was fully designed including 6 x new theatres and recovery, however this was not constructed.AT A GLANCE
