After 20 years in Mount Waverley, 7-Eleven, Starbucks and the Wither’s Family made the move to Church Street, Richmond. The move saw 450 staff, who were previously between two buildings, come together across five floors. COVA provided all Building Services for the Brownfield 7,200m2 office development now including best practice sustainability initiatives with Green Star and WELL Gold Rating System used as benchmarks.AT A GLANCE
