Following on from our successful engagement on 10 Nexus Court, COVA delivered all building services for Nexus Corporate Building 1, the $90M, 5-storey commercial development totaling 47,250sqm, designed by Gray Puksand for developer Salta Properties. Key amenities include impressive end-of-trip facilities, featuring lockers, towel service and luxury finishes – complemented by a rooftop garden and tennis court accessed by a distinctive corkscrew stair. WIFI hotspots, BBQ areas, and a running track are also accessible by workers. Cundall delivered ESD services, and together the development achieved 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v.1.2 rating and 1 Star Fitwel, the first multi-tenant building to achieve this rating in Australia. Key ESD features include a 100 kW solar PV system, electric vehicle charging, 84 kL of rainwater collection and reuse for toilet flushing and landscape irrigation, and 100% electric building services throughout – all designed by COVA’s Team.
