COVA delivered Building Services for the major redevelopment (retaining existing 12-floor structure and extending to 18 floors) comprising 54 apartments, 3 x floors of commercial space and end of trip facilities. COVA were further engaged for the $3M fitout of the Redfern Police Station including 1,300m2 of office accommodation, armoury and other secure storage.
