Pit Wah Chung

Finance Manager

Pit Wah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with more than 20 years’ experience in senior management roles across listed companies and multinational organisations in the mining, hospitality, retail and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

Before joining COVA, she spent nearly eight years with Hastings Technology Metals, an ASX-listed company, as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Audit & Risk. Her work with multinational corporations in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and China has given her a deep understanding of diverse business environments and the cultural dynamics of leading across borders.

At COVA she leads the Group’s finance and accounts team, overseeing financial and accounting reporting, treasury, tax compliance, corporate governance, audit and ERP system implementation. She is passionate about operational excellence, strong governance frameworks and sustainable growth across multinational operations.

Based in Singapore, Pit Wah oversaw COVA’s migration from Microsoft Dynamics SL to Total Synergy, and built the financial processes the finance team works to today.
