Justin leads COVA’s Philippines operations and heads the Project Management Office across Asia, overseeing delivery in the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, Taiwan and Indonesia.

A PMP-certified project management professional with more than 20 years’ experience, Justin has delivered commercial, retail, hospitality and institutional projects across Asian and American markets. His portfolio spans large-scale retail developments, luxury resorts, airport terminal expansions and high-rise residential buildings.

Justin’s expertise covers contract administration, schedule and change management, commercial oversight and safety compliance. At COVA he focuses on strengthening project governance and delivery frameworks, building high-performing regional teams and mentoring emerging project leaders across the business.

Justin leads COVA’s Manila office, opened in 2024 at Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati. The office’s work centres on real estate due diligence, project management and commercial management for institutional clients, backed by COVA’s teams across Southeast Asia and Australia.
