COVA provided specialist mechanical design for the ventilation and moisture management system to keep all viewing windows free of condensation year-round. Documentation was completed in Revit 3D to ensure detailed coordination with structure and architecture given the complex nature of the project and building geometry. The system has been working excellently since commissioning and to date no condensation has been reported on the inside of the glass.
