COVA had design responsibility for all disciplines (excluding PLC & SCADA programming) and undertook site construction management. This work included construction of a new physical refiner building and system to process edible oils to a condition suitable for packaging and sale. Upgrade and expansion of existing edible oil storage to include new tank storage, increasing storage volume by 63,000 m3, within bunded tank farm compliant with AS 1940. New truck bay for receipt of incoming edible oils and despatch of refined edible oils. Upgrade of utilities and services to support the development, including: • 5 MW gas fired steam boiler • Upgraded waste water treatment plant • New air compressors • Nitrogen generation plant • Cooling tower • Ammonia refrigeration plant
