Exchange Square in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is a world-class destination that merges the spirit of Cambodia with the vibrancy of Hong Kong. Our team provided quantity surveying services during the project, lending our expertise to developing a state-of-the-art facility. We also provided pre-contract and post-contract cost control.
A Grade A tower with 16 levels of office space and a four-level luxury retail podium located on an 115,000 square feet (10,700 square meters) site, it lies in the heart of Phnom Penh’s emerging financial district, overlooking one of the city’s best parks.
The tower provides approximately 427,000 square feet (39,700 square meters) of office and retail space. The office floors offer accommodation ranging from entire open-plan floors to subdivided units. The buildings also contain parking space for 322 cars and 329 motorbikes.
The site faces Streets 106, 51 and 61 and has excellent connections to the rest of the city, while being less than 10 km from the airport.
This is our 6th successful project completed for Hong Kong Land in Cambodia.
