Yesterday, our Melbourne colleagues had the pleasure of hosting clients at the Women in Design and Construction International Women’s Day Breakfast, at Leonda by the Yarra.
The event offered a thought-provoking debate centred around the merits of gender quotas in the construction industry, and whether they help or hinder gender equality. The discussion was incredibly insightful and led to some individuals altering their initial viewpoints.
