This week marks a significant milestone for our project with the completion of the internal of the Dome.
It has been an interesting mission over the last four months or so with 24 hour operation, multiple machines working together, 275 tonner of rebar and 1580 cubic metres of shortcrete (concrete) and approximately 18,000 man hours with one minor FAT.
Great work by all to achieve this safety stat, as 90% of these hours were during Hish Risk Work (WAH). The focus will now move to the top of the Dome where we are to build the Apex Pad for our CC02 conveyor to sit on.
We would like to thank our contractor partners Domestic International and RC Construction for delivering this major component of the project.
