Each year the COVA Senior Leadership Team gathers for a yearly strategy workshop which usually entails a couple of days of formal sessions & a fun team-building activity.
This year we decided to do something a little different & ventured to the Red Centre of Australia, trekking the incredible Larapinta Trail for four days. With our group naively not doing much pre-training, we underestimated how difficult the terrain would be, but conquering those endless mountains - especially Mount Sonder at 2am, standing 1,380 metres high- was an extremely rewarding experience.
This trek provided us with an invaluable opportunity to deepen our understanding and appreciation for our heritage & also became a journey of discovery and growth, testing our teams physical, mental and emotional abilities, not only individually but collectively.
From this incredible experience we move forward stronger & more united than ever.
We highly recommend World Expeditions.
