In 2021 COVA was awarded the design and documentation of services for the IMAS Aquaculture facility, at the Taroona Site. The Project has taken close to three years to design and document, with many iterations, and extensions to scope, to name a few.
Tender documentation was completed in full in November 2023.
Recently, VOS Construction was selected as the preferred builder for the project, with works starting on site as of April 2024.
The project is being delivered under a GMP model, resulting in COVA having a constant ongoing involvement to resolve Value Management options along with constructability of services and services coordination.
The project is due for completion in late 2025, for the new 2026 semester year.
