Last of Friday COVA’s National Proposals Manager Julian Cook was a panelist at the Women in Design and Construction GIDAC (Gentlemen in Design and Construction) ‘Breaking the Stigmas’ event series focused on Mental Health in the workplace.
Specifically, the panel discussed tips for developing open and honest relationships, with both staff and clients, and how this is key in developing a healthy and productive working environment.
In an industry known for it’s “she’ll be right, mate” attitude, it's crucial to acknowledge that mental health matters for everyone.
