Progress on the Dulverton project continues with many trades finalising their scopes and starting to gear up for Dry testing ahead of PC which is due on 5th July. The facility has really taken shape now with all the process equipment installed, and the tunnel doors being hung this week. All concrete works are complete except for some client requested variations, electrical installation is at 98% and works to finalise the tank farm installation and commissioning of pumps is primary contractor involvement.
As the company sat in the initial Burnie Shiploader lessons learnt project, the lessons learnt are currently being captured on the Dulverton project to ensure continuous improvement as we commence the design works of the new projects on the horizon.
I'd like to acknowledge the huge amount of support from Chris Tummon and Scott Willan on the project, especially in the past 2-3 months. Chris and Scott have been fundamental with supporting engineering design gaps, as well as odour management and commissioning plans. Scott will now further support the project as we move into the commissioning phase.
Following PC in early July, the project will transition in Wet Commissioning ahead of the ‘Proof of Performance’ phase which will see the plant in operations and producing compost.
