COVA Cambodia has recently been awarded the QS service for the fit-out of the 550m2 Penthouse located on the 24th floor of the Novotel Hotel in Phnom Penh, and where we are also involved on the Above-Eleven rooftop bar on the 26th floor, only 100 meters from their office. The structure was completed last year, and the scope of work consists primarily of high-end finishes and bespoke design elements along with all the MEP services. Although it is a challenging project aimed to be completed by June 2024, COVA QS is proactively working with the interior designer and the design-build contractor to control the costs and advise on potential cost-saving solutions without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
