COVA Cambodia has recently been engaged in Project Management & Quantity Surveying services for the China Duty-Free Phnom Penh Store Redecoration project located near the Diamond Island district of Phnom Penh, in Cambodia.
The project comprises approx. 1,920sqm redecoration area including fashion, perfume & cosmetic, liquor & tobacco, and VIP hall along with several multinational luxury brand boutiques. The MEP and ID fit-out works started in May 2023 and are scheduled to be completed this year.
Designed to take on the developing and ever-increasing needs of Cambodia’s high-end clients, along with a desire to promote high-quality workmanship and design, COVA is thrilled to support CDF with this development.
