We're pleased to share that our team has completed two significant milestones at the Burnie site: the wharf rail installation and the completion of the ship loader commissioning.
The advancements in technology since the last ship loader commissioned by COVA have introduced innovative options for system control, reflecting our commitment to excellence and adaptation.
We’re now into the shutdown, which involves replacing all the existing hoppers, reclaim wharf galleries and shiploader. Following this, we’ll welcome our first vessel and commence wet commissioning.
During the busy schedule of trucks (and shiploaders) in and out of the berth, we managed to grab a well-timed photo that compares the new shiploader with the old one. A huge thank you to everyone involved for their dedication and hard work!
