COVA Cambodia awarded Top 1 winner of the Cambodia Energy Efficiency Competition - 2nd Edition
As part of our organization’s sustainability goals, COVA Cambodia embarked on an Energy Efficiency Competition (EEC) among registered buildings (Category 1 - Non-Hotel Building) within the local region, including Angkor Research & Consulting, IPS Cambodia, and WWF-Cambodia. This competition aims to reduce our environmental impact and energy consumption for our main sources of energy usage, such as AC, PC usage, and lighting. Also included as targets are the significant reduction in single-use food packaging and the monitoring and tracking of used electric appliances over the course of a day/week in our workplaces over 12 months, starting from 1st June 2023. On 4th November, COVA was awarded the Top 1 winner of Category 1 - Buildings, for achieving the most energy savings in the Cambodia Energy Efficiency Competition, 2nd edition.
