12 Hassall Street

COVA has been engaged to provide the Mechanical Services Design for the 61 storey high-rise landmark mixed-use development at 12 Hassall Street, Parramatta NSW.

The development includes 6 levels below ground parking, a mezzanine, cafes, retail complex, gymnasium, commercial workplace on the lower four levels, and 328 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments over 56 floors, with a rooftop garden and common area on the roof.

The proposed mechanical system is a high-efficiency water type VRV system with fluid coolers located on the roof, & compact condenser units within a cupboard in the floor corridor, with a reduced plant area.
