In August this year, COVA received an inquiry regarding our capacity to provide MEFH services for the Telegraph Hotel redevelopment in Hobart. Following this initial inquiry, further discussions resulted in Australia Venue Co. (AVC) inviting us to submit offers for a further ten projects throughout Victoria and Queensland with many more proposed into 2022.

AVC presents an enormous opportunity for COVA as they have a growth strategy that will see them as one of the top two entertainment venue operators in the country. There are also many synergies with multi-site / multi-national developments and our delivery style. This will enable us to work with AVC to standardise the scope of works and details to reduce documentation costs, improve delivery efficiencies and more accurately articulate the scope to the contractor.
