COVA has delivered over 30 of the HomeCo Centres, which were all converted from the previous Master’s Hardware warehouses into homemaker style shopping Centres. One of the recent centres to be completed was Richlands in Queensland.
Richlands has a GLA of 12,180m2 with 15 tenancies open and counting. These include Fresh n Save, a large discount fresh food retailer, Goodlife Health Club, and Guardian Childcare & Education. There is also a medical centre, dental clinic plus smaller specialty retailers, and food and beverage.
COVA provided base build electrical and communications services on all sites, including Richlands. Where there is a major tenant like Fresh n Save, we are engaged to undertake detailed design for all services. COVA also provide support with authority liaison and applications for services such as Power, Gas, and NBN.
