COVA Cambodia is engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services for The Flora Suites comprising a 38-storey five-star condominium building aimed to complete by May 2023.
The development is located in the centre of Boeung Keng Kang 1, a popular commune in Phnom Penh. The Flora Suites is to be built with a modern, western-style design of 19,845m2 and consists of 196 units; featuring a fitness club, swimming pool, spa, yoga studio, and playground on the 7th floor and a Sky Cub including an international well-known restaurant, café and business meeting space on the 36th floor.
The Main Contractor has been awarded since March 2021 and the construction of the multi-level basement is currently in progress.
