The Crows Nest development is an amalgamation of 7 existing lots and includes 2 basement carpark levels and 36 x 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, over 6 levels.
The Neutral Bay development is an amalgamation of 3 existing lots and includes 2 basement carpark levels and 9 x studio 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, over 6 levels.
